The hotel was perfect- location,cleanliness, customer service. Il BoutiqueHOTEL Donauwalzer, a conduzione familiare, si trova proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana Alser Straße (linea U6) e dista 15 minuti a piedi dal viale Ringstraße, dalla Chiesa... I really appreciate that the staff cared that I was not feeling well. Sleep very comfortable the first couple of days. Came down for a great breakfast (as much as I could eat). Definitely helped. Was able to extend a day. Went out twice. Every time, they asked me how I felt. Did I mention it was the most etiquette hotel I stayed out of the 8 countries I have traveled to. I highly recommend this hotel

Location was just great but a bit far away from the center I think it would have been helpful to have few indications such as what tram number and where to get it...I know everything is on internet but ....still ...not a complaint just an helpful tip for older people !!!
