Must say the hotel suprised me in a excellent way , The reception was first class and then the bar facilities so kind and professional the staff i was truly impressed . The hotel has very interesting details like you cannot go up to your rooms if you don`t have a card , the lobby comunicates with a shopping mall with everthing you need like a pharmacy and supermarket . Rooms where so clean and confortable There is huge congress floor with perfect conditions for small , medium or large companys . Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Located near O2 arena but also close to the center by nearby tram. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and I also received complementary drink voucher. Awesome breakfast options. Wellness was also very great.
