The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had facilities to make a cup of tea. The breakfast offered a huge variety and was of a high standard, as was all of the food and the prices were fair. Conference facilities were vast and supported by an on site team. WiFi was good quality and included in the price. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Located over the Vistula River, in Kraków’s Podgórze district, the luxurious Galaxy Hotel offers a spa centre. The rooms feature an LCD TV with satellite channels. Staff were very friendly, reception team were very helpful with tour advice, getting late check-out on day of departure wasn't a problem. Would stay again if back in Krakow.
