Barceló Funchal Oldtown is goed gelegen in Funchal, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi en een fitnesscentrum. Wij zijn in veel hotels geweest maar dit was echt het allerfijnste en lekkerste hotel dat wij hebben bezocht. Ik kan werkelijk niks negatiefs bedenken, alles klopte, de ontvangst, de kamer, de faciliteiten, het (onovertroffen en uitgebreide) ontbijt, het zwembad op het dakterras waar de heerlijkste cocktails werden bereid, de sfeer in het hotel, het personeel, de locatie, t/m het wc-papier toe. Op onze vertrekdag moesten we (pas!) om 12u uitchecken maar onze vlucht ging pas die avond. We kregen een pas en handdoeken en konden de hele dag kosteloos van alle faciliteiten gebruik blijven maken. Echt fan-tas-tisch, een 10+

Het luxe Royal Savoy - Ocean Resort ligt te midden van tropische tuinen aan de baai van Funchal en biedt 2 verwarmde lagunebaden en een eigen toegang tot de oceaan. Location in the middle of everything, 15 min walk to downtown, Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, big pool and good facilities.

NEXT - by Savoy Signature is gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Funchal, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi en een fitnesscentrum. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a very nice area with shops and restaurants and pretty close to the center.

TURIM Santa Maria Hotel is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Funchal, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi en een gedeelde lounge. First of all this hotel is super clean which is the most important thing for the hotel. I really love the cleanliness in the room. The bed is very comfortable especially for older people it is tight and not so soft which supports your back. The bed is very big. Pillows are soft and the blanket is good so we had a very good sleep every night. Breakfast are okay, so many choices and if you have to leave early in the morning, you can also ask for a little take away food. The staffs are very friendly. Especially, the guy from reception that he always greetings with smile and willing to answer every questions you ask. The hotel have limited parking which is cost 15 euro per day. We used this because it is convenient for us to park whenever and drive around whenever we want. The view above the rooftop also nice with swimming pool and good cocktail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back to stay again if we come to Madeira!

It is in a great location and the staff were all very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Het charmante Quinta Da Penha De Franca ligt te midden van tropische tuinen op het eiland Madeira. We enjoyed our stay there. Clean rooms, nice garden, tasty breakfast and excellent swimming pool and beach. Centre of the town can be easily reached on foot.

Albergaria Catedral beschikt over elegant ingerichte kamers in het centrum van Funchal en Het biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de omgeving. The room size and decor was the best. Breakfast and location was very good too! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and courteous including housekeeping. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. We loved the breakfast, pools, gym, and location. It is in walking distance to the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. The room rate is very good as well.
