Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. The hostel is lovely, very cute with plenty of space. The owner is awesome, the curtained beds are fantastic, the bathroom was always clean, the location is good, and breakfast was solid (especially when their was homemade cake!).

Featuring a garden, an outdoor pool and pool views, les petites terrasses is located in Grasse. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. Everything. Stylish, immaculate in every detail, wonderful view complimentary upgrades. A delicious meal and breakfast prepared by our host who is a chef ❤️❤️.

A recently renovated guest house located in Grasse, Un palmier à sa fenêtre features a garden. The breakfast was a delight ! We sat in our hostess’s garden under the shade of her market umbrella at the back of the property and could not help but enjoy her impeccable good taste. The selection of food and the attractive environs that she offered was partly from her experience as a designer but more I believe from her natural warmth and genuine desire to spoil us as her guests. I still keep thinking of our stay and hope very much to return one day to have Sonja treat us once again to her perfumed muslin sheets ! I thought they were just for babies ! But it was Grasse after all ! The living is all done at the back of this lovely old freestanding symmetrical French property and facing on to the garden, where it is quiet away from the road and with some views ( enter through the central iron gates and down the path on the LHS ) we found it easy to walk from the property up the hill a manageable distance to the various attractions of historic Grasse.

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety and the location was very quiet and very close to a supermarket .

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

Boasting garden views, Villa Angelus features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from Plage Fabron. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. every this is to be liked. starting from the host, location, the house the neighborhood. The hosts are very helpful to everything. they go out for their way to help you and advise you on what can be done in nice. In short they are the best hosts I have stayed with. thanks a ton to both of them. I will surely come back.

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. The whole venue was beautiful and well looked after. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable, and the host, Muhamed, was fantastic. Super friendly and kind, he made sure I was looked after. The location was great, on a beautiful street, just a 30 second walk from the main square in Valbonne.
