Hostess was also great.

You really have everything if you want to cook or do some washing. What we especially liked was the large living room with the kitchen. And you can rent bicycles, there are six of them. The surrounding of the house is distinctly pleasant, you can also use the garden - in the company of hens and sheep. There were only three of us, but I can imagine a much larger group to have an excellent time in this property. And last but not least - Paulette is a fantastic host.

Apple Tree Cottage - discover this charming home at beautiful canal in our idyllic garden is a historic house renovated in 2018 and situated in a quiet private garden in the historic town centre of Gouda. It offers a terrace and spacious and green garden with seating facilities. The property is 600 m from De Goudse Schouwburg The property was perfect, it was located few minits away from main plain and its very cosy. The host was very welcoming. We arrived quite late and there was nice welcom surprise for us. We had very plesant stay.

Very modern clean house with ALL the amenities you could want. The host, Nicole, was very accommodating and communicating was very easy - even weeks before we arrived from Canada. The ‘information book’ she provided about the place was one of the best I’ve ever seen! The little breakfast/lunch restaurant downstairs was very nice, great coffee, food and service.
