The centre of the city, to wander around, get into the bar for a drink and tapas, BUT be careful with your bag! Fantástico para caminar, entrar a los bares y tomar algo con unas tapas, eso si, CUIDADO con la cartera!

It seemed in the evening we always ended up here watching the street performers. Nothing much to do but sit round the fountain and just chat and soak up the atmosphere. Little guys bring you cold beer/drinks whenever you like, don't be afraid of them - very handy indeed.JillSpain

Location is right next to Puerta del Sol so very central. It is a bit noisy at night as it is in a central location but I already knew this and it was not a problem for me. If I visit Madrid again I would gladly stay here once again.
