The hotel is located the middle of the old town of Innsbruck. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Imperial Palace Innsbruck is 200 metres from the property. The staff is just amazing! They have big hearts and always ready to help the guests. I already miss the staffs who say HELLO to you with warm hearts. Linda was superb with the help of making reservations of my train which was a little complicated for me as foreigners. Furthermore, the breakfast is incredibly beautiful and the healthy ingredients are all from the regional farmers! I really liked being at the beautiful Cafe where they serve breakfast. :) Visiting Innsbruck again, I'd definitely come back the hotel!

Majoituimme kolmeksi yöksi ja edellytyksenä oli autopaikka. Toive täytyyi hyvin. Saimme hotellin vastaanotosta koko ajalle kortit, joilla pääsi kulkemaan julkisilla. Innsbruckin keskustaan oli n. 20 min. matka, joka taittui mukavasti ratikalla. Aamupala ok.

That was by far the most pleasant stay in my life. The room was quite spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was insane. There was a pool and a sauna, which added up to the comfort. And last but not least, dinners and breakfasts were very good. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again next year!

Everything! Right from the staff, the room, the facilities and the location, everything was extremely good. The staff was so supportive in solving every problem, making us aware of the tours and the public transportation and giving us help wherever required. The hotel is centrally located and the bus station is right in front which makes easier to navigate.

The view was exceptional! People were So kind if we had any questions or needed help with anything. The rooms had a refrigerator which was so helpful and plenty of seating to see the view

Majoituspaikka oli erinomaisella sijainnilla ja kohteeseen oli helppo saapua autolla pitkän päivän jälkeen. Myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen oli myös iso plussa. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittavat tarvikkeet ruoan laittoon, sekä keittiön siivoamiseen. Suihku ja WC-tilat oli erittäin modernit sekä siistit. Huoneen koko oli erinomainen kolmelle henkilölle.
