Hotel staff was completely helpful and friendly. Check in-out process was very fast. Location is also very good. I strongly recommend this hotel to everybody and if I go Kitzbühel again I will definitely stay there.

Renovated in summer 2021 and located in a location beside Lake Schwarzsee, Alpenhotel Kitzbühel am Schwarzsee - 4 Sterne offers traditional Austrian and Mediterranean cuisine, and rooms with a balcony... The location was perfect. Close to the ski center the train station and the Main Street. Really beautiful scenery and amazing facilities. The saunas were incredibly clean and the relaxing area just a dream. We are totally coming back!

The room was very spacious with a big terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the spa facilities were very nice. Just be aware that the sauna and steam room area for adults only are clothing free (towels and robes are provided) The staff was very attentive and helpful, arranging for dinner reservations and transportation to town and the ski lifts. I will highly recommend this property

It's a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a great view of the mountains. The hotel itself was only a short distance and we were very well treated on each of our visits. The menu isn't particularly large but we had two wonderful, if a tad. pricey, dinners there. Breakfast either inside or on the terrace, accompanied by a very good sparkling rose!

La colazione è stata abbondante e varia. Il personale dell'hotel molto cordiale e professionale. Il rapporto tra la qualità e il prezzo sostenuto è corretto, nulla da dire. Sicuramente un hotel da consigliare e ritornarci per una vacanza a Kitzbuhel per chi vuole soggiornare nel centro storico.

Posizione comoda, molto vicino a Kitzbühel e agli accessi sulle piste oltre che alla fermata del bus. Locale per riporre sci e scarponi con riscaldamento molto comoda per gli sciatori. This is an amazing place, close to Kitzbuehl. We travelled here with 2 kids aged below 6 and I must say that we all absolutely loved it. The rooms are beautiful and authentic, the staff and owners are attentive and great! It is a hidden gem, and we will for sure come back! For meals; the house restaurant is awesome and it serves proper Austrian house food, which is great after a long day in the mountains!
