The room was very clean , the staff were excellent and the food was delicious. It is a very nice little hotel. Very cozy atmosphere . We will definitely be back again in a few months.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Great hotel overall. Excellent restaurant: the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding: Krasi - the head waiter - made our dining experience unforgettable with his caring attitude with attention to detail, constant but unintrusive presence and great humor within the boundaries of good taste. We arrived late on the first day of our stay and asked to have our dinner served in the room. 15 minutes later we had a 4-course top-quality dinner menu served in our suite personally by Krasi and his apprentice. Great facilities for kids. We are definitely coming back next year and for longer.

Super nice hotel, cosy and clean. Lovely in the summer and I think it's perfect in the winter. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was delicious and cheap.
