This 19th century country house, situated in the Alcanar Oasis in the south of Tarragona, was used by Alfonso XII as a summer retreat. Beautiful setting in an old citrus orchard. Super friendly staff. Luxurious feel. We were upgraded to a large bungalow with an outdoor jacuzzi. Might be the best price/quality ratio accomodation we've ever had.

Situated in the Delta del Ebro Nature Reserve, this modern guest house features a peaceful courtyard and an open-air hot tub. A very good point of bird observation, even better than the bird observation point. We have seen Flamenco in the cantine, just in front of the house. The boss is so nice and we will definitely choose to come here again if we visit Spain.

Seriously, there is an insane amount of cranes and gulls, and birds I've never seen before just wading or flying around. Premises have a lot of shade, and there's a small pool. I was visiting in October, and the sun wasn't too hot so I was able to enjoy bike riding and hiking in the delta. The staff in the hotel is helpful.

Les Oliveres is located 200 metres from the beach in L’Ampolla, in the Baix Ebre area of Catalunya. It has indoor and outdoor pools, 2 restaurants and several leisure facilities. Wonderful swimming pools both for kids and adults, a total of 9! Very clean throughout. Kids club and the animation team, Claudia, Cristina were great, I wish they had one more person for the club area for the peak times. Our daughter went to the club door even when it was closed. The restaurant food is great with diversity and constantly replenished, either breakfast or dinner. One of the best beef ribs I've ever had, charcoal grilled!
