The Chatsworth Hotel is an exquisitely restored Victorian seafront retreat, overlooking the historic pier and bandstand. Very accommodating person at reception on arrival. Helped with adapter plug and parking. And would have been of further assistance, which was not necessary, as everything was as I hoped it to be. The decently decorated room and the bath were very spacious.

The room had everything you need and was very spacious. Lovely, quiet environment. They have done their utmost to transform a period prperty into a 21st century hotel. On the coast at Eastbourne, the View Hotel offers modern en-suite rooms, most of which have balconies. Situated on the main promenade, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk. Parking was easy and cheap, only £2 for 24 hours. We liked the size of the room, the airco, coffee/tea facilities, the cleanliness, the big televisionscreen, the breakfast and the late check out time in the weekend. The location was nice, by the sea and nearby the towncentre.

Very friendly staff. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Great all day bar lounge with sunny sea facing balcony to enjoy a pint. Breakfast was delicious. What more to say - we will be back for sure.
