At the end of our stay we also received a bottle of olive oil produced by the family nearby. We were so happy there! The stay itself looks great, it is very stylish , it is extremly clean, very well located and lovely :) We would recommend the stay to everyone planning to visit Rhetymno :)))))) You will feel like a part of a Greek family.

I like Ibis hotels, and this one met my expectations too. It is located in a central area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was huge, and I liked that there was a high double bed for us, and a low single bed for our 3 y.o. daughter (she really liked it and finally slept in a separate bed and not with one of us lol). The breakfast was fresh and had a wide assortment of food.

És molt cèntric, de seguida ets als punts més interessants de la ciutat. Els propietaris van ser encantadors! Ens van recomanar moltíssims llocs i ens van regalar alguns detallets. Clarament, sense ells ens haguéssim perdut alguna de les parts més interessants de Creta. Fan falta més amfitrions com ells!!!

Wonderful view to the fortress. Room size was much bigger than expected, with a separate room for my son (triple room). Feather pillows very comfortable. Location couldn´t be better. Close to the city center, to the Museum, to the fortresss. Restaurant with chef signature has delicious risottos and pork steaks.

It was set in a lovely spot in kissamos overlooking the beach. Everyone was so welcoming and kind who worked there, providing perfect living conditions throughout our stay. I would definitely return! The food was also 👌🏻👌🏻

Best family vacation destination. Everything you need is in one place with amazing staff. Great sports facilities and variety of pools, waterpark, indoor Pool, beach. The food is delicious with a huge variety, among 6 Restaurants. A kids club, lots of sports, activities and shows available for the whole family. A hairdresser and Photoshoots are also available that are really professional. We will sure come back again.

The place had several huge pools so the pool area wasn’t that busy. There was plenty of things to do in the hotel it was like a town of it’s own, we had no need to go out because it provided everything from restaurants to supermarkets and even cute bars. I felt like they put the thought in the smallest things in the rooms to make it super comfortable, like a place to dry beach towels and swimsuits, bottles of water everyday, parasols and more. Staff was really nice and helpful with everything we needed. Every morning there was a guy coming to our room to offer us a cup of coffee really liked that.
