The hotel is in the "modern" part of the town, which means it is walking distance from the intercity bus station, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. The historic old town is a 25-min walk away, or a short hop on a local bus, for which the stop is nearby.

The location was perfect just overviewing the sea n the cruises passing.. The customer service staff was very smart n very customers-oriented _ I asked for a spacious room so they upgraded my booking to royal blue, the 5 stars hotel without charging me any penny. The breakfast was fabulous n very diversified, including delicious smoke salmon n anchovies...all kinds of cooked veggies n wonderful omelette plus 8 types of bread...superb croissants, cheese n ham, countless juices n coffees. Unbelievable service in the morning for hundreds of guests... no glitch whatsoever happened.

L'Hotel Dubrovnik Palace està situat a la península de Lapad i ofereix una platja i un centre de submarinisme. This is such a beautiful hotel, the views as you arrive into reception are stunning and it smells divine! Rooms are large and comfortable with bath and shower and loads of storage. Breakfast is great and the sunset bar is an amazing space to enjoy sundowners. Pools are great. Hotel is a little way out of old town but we loved the beach location and Ubers were so quick and easy to use, they arrived within 2 minutes and we could get into town within 10 minutes for approx €4. Staff are wonderful, they remember you and your preferences and always great you with big smiles and friendly welcomes, they are always extra helpful if they are needed too. We had checked out early but our flight was delayed so they suggested we have our room back while we work everything out, this was so kind and so helpful.
