Was there for a week, and they did everything possible to make us feel at home! Lovely location with easy access to the best restaurants, super clean rooms, fantastic view, snorkeling right in front of the property, cheap laundry... this place got it all! Highly recommend!

Its decor was simple and classy, the staff were super accommodating and happily helped sort snorkelling, bikes etc. we felt really cared for. Absolutely wonderful property, right on the beach with a beautiful set-up on the beach, including sun loungers, cabanas, and beach service (towels, meals, drinks). The property has two swimming pools, both clean and amazing, with a bar inside. The inside pool is in a beautiful area, with sand around and many sun loungers to lie down on. The room was very spacious, with a massive balcony, decorated very well. As this property is new, everything was very clean and sparkling. Their restaurant is really nice, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Location is slightly away from the crowds, so you can enjoy peace and quiet. However, it's close enough that you can get to the busy city areas within a 10-minute walk. The staff are lovely, always helpful and with a smile. The value is great. I even recommended this hotel to a friend, who ended up staying here for his wedding honeymoon and he also loved it. Well done!

This place exceeded our expectations. The highlight is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, always checking in with us and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everything was clean, calm, casual and so inviting. Breakfast was fantastic - great options, good portion size and so delicious. Location is excellent- secluded, with only a 10min walk to the beach in any direction. Good restaurants nearby. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you to the Musa Bintang team for a wonderful stay.

The property is well-maintained and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Also took advantage of the fact that this is also a dive centre and has some phenomenal dives with an excellent diving instructor. I would highly recommend doing diving with Mario if you haven't done it before - Gili islands have some insanely beautiful five spots.

There's an ATM nearby as well. You can get everything that you would possibly wish for. We planned to stay 2 nights but ended up extending our stay because we fell in love with the place. If I ever go back to Gili Islands I would definitely stay there.

The staff is super friendly, the Hotel is not so far from the pier and because it is on the main street it is very easy to arrive with luggage (that is usually a problem in the Gili islands). The wifi worked great, and the cafe at the front of the hotel is a comfortable place to work from.

If you’re a party goer, this is your place. Just in middle of the nightlife. The hotel itself is very nice, good facilities, very close to the beach, the pools are big enough to refresh, the food in the restaurant is delicious (Indian food) and the staff is lovely

A very economical and fun resort perfectly situated adjacent to the Gili Meno harbour. The pool was great, food in the adjacent tipsy turtle was delicious, the people were very nice and helpful, and to top it all off, here was a pool table available for no charge.

Quiet location but not too far from the beach and jetty. The rooms were spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job. The villas were well equipped with cooking utensils and fridge was well stocked as well.

Best place we stayed in Bali/Lombok. Small, intimate resort, with fantastic staff, good facilities, a great (if pricey) beach bar for the sunset. Lovely small touches like the turndown service, free canapes served by the pool, the honesty bar with beers, RTDs, snacks plus free water and biscuits. Good, well priced spa on site for a great massage. Bikes not included with room rate, but available for 6k per day - a requirement as the hotel is a little too far from the main Gili T strip to walk in the heat of the day. Their tagline 'a place for cool adults' means there are no children, and they are very welcoming of LGBT, sex positivity etc. The colour palette seemed a bit much in the photos, but it's ok in person!

This place is amazing. The whole resort, properties, pool and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Relaxing, calm and beautiful settings, on-site spa that was also great. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Nice quiet part of the beach right outside the property to lounge around. I must give a special mention to Mr. Jan who dealt with customer relations. This guy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible.
