Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

With an 18-hole championship golf course, a 20-metre pool and a luxurious spa, Slieve Russell Hotel is set within 300 acres of grounds. Everything. The hotel is beautiful,from the moment you walk in with it's lobby and marble staircase to the grounds and golf course ,the room was huge and lovely with a great view overlooking the golf course. We were there for a birthday and ate in the restaurant,the food so tasty and so was the full Irish breakfast the next morning. I used the pool,steam room and jacuzzi,there is a gym but preferred to go for a gentle walk around the grounds. The staff always smiling and welcoming. .Cant wait to go back again.

This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking. Dinner was fab, the room was stunning and the staff were friendly.

Ubytovanie The Bailie sa nachádza v destinácii Cavan 17 km od miesta Kultúrne centrum Maudabawn a 25 km od miesta Kláštor Kells. On first impression you would think a 2 star would be sub standard parts of it is just the decor & well worn setting in the front bar however the rooms are of a 4 star quality ( brand new refurbished) there is alot to aesthetically but the welcome we recieved was second to none nothing was a problem . The beds are super comfortable along with an excellent shower & complimentary toiletries/ tea coffee . The food was great value for money and the burgers delicious, staff although all young had excellent customer service skills . We had to leave early and the chef came in 1hr earlier to ensure we had a breakfast, and gave us fresh fruit salad and homemade scones to go . Thanks to Pat for opening up the dining room earlier . We will definitely return .

Ideally located on the outskirts of Cavan, the Cavan Crystal Hotel is less than 5 minutes' drive from the town centre. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me when my luggage got left at my previous hotel, they made calls and sorted out various ways to get it back to me.

Set in attractive landscaped gardens, Hotel Kilmore is in the heart of Ireland's Lakeland District, offering comfortable rooms, a restaurant and 2 bars. Cavan Town is a short drive away. I especially appreciated help you f Eveline who gave me a little heater to make my room worm faster. Even though the main heaters were already on and there was no problem. The receptionists were very kind as well and the staff in the restaurant were very professional and warm-hearted.

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 3 km away. Our server at breakfast, Mary, was absolutely charming and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made the trip even more memorable. The walks were spectacular and the grounds were just too beautiful. Worth every penny!

Situated in the centre of Cavan town on the main street, The Farnham Arms Hotel features a bar and restaurant. it’s homey, comfortable, quiet even though in the middle of the street. staff are friendly and professional.
