És un lloc molt pintoresc, a nosaltres ens va agrada perquè era molt autèntic, això sí has de tenir clar que tens 184 escales per pujar on tens el apartament, però tenint en compte que estàs en plena Costa Amalfitana i dins de la població d'Amalfi ... Én aquesta zona es difícil no haver de pujar i baixar escales per accedir a platges, a pobles, o visitar llocs bonics. Food was fantastic. The chicken Caesar salad was the best my wife ever tasted for lunch. My tuna was as good as the best I've ever had also. Waiting staff were all excellent. Wine was delicious also and Domenico the barman was exceptional. Big thank you to the night porter who found my wife's bracelet left on the bar balcony and safely returned it to us. First of all, we would like to thank Luigi & the staff for their kindness, humour and generosity. Luigi is a very kind soul, who does his work with all his heart. The location was simply exceptional with all its simplicity. We enjoyed the calmness, far away from the touristic atmosphere of the coast at that time of the year. We had almost all our meals at the restaurant hotel - the portions were generous and tasty, made by a very kind chef whom we got to meet. As a couple, we got the privacy we needed as well as the beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Places like La Locanda Del Fiordo are rare nowadays, combining both a safe familial atmosphere as well as the beauty of nature, all the while being equally close to both Amalfi and Positano. On our last night, Luigi offered us a bottle of Prosecco. A generous gesture rarely seen in touristic places nowadays. For this, we thank him with all our hearts. Big Salute 🥂
