The guys in the reception were gold, very friendly, high service minded and supportive. They had a driver Khaled which was very friendly and great as well. Very easy to do day tours with them.

But the staff were what made the stay absolutely exceptional - incredible service, always helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay as amazing as possible. Extra appreciation goes to the taxi driver the hotel recommended who helped so much. I can't recommend this place enough.
