This elegant hotel is 850 metres from Oslo Central Station and 2 minutes’ walk from the main street Karl Johans gate. It offers free Wi-Fi, along with free gym and sauna access. the location: it was right in the middle of everything - close to the parliament, royal palace, shops, street food, aker bridge, train station (within minutes by foot). even though it is in the center, the street is quiet, right behind Grand Hotel. the breakfast - diverse and amazing. whether you like eggs, fruits, pancakes, sweets, cheese, cutlery - you have everything the room is quite large, sot beds and the temperature just right.

Opened in September 2018, this hotel is situated next to the Storo Storcenter shopping centre, between the Storo and Nydalen neighborhoods of Oslo, about 5 km from the city centre. The breakfast was absolutely excellent! It had it all :-D The room was good-sized with two(!) comfy arm chairs and a desk. The shower was really good with both a handheld mouthpiece and a large overhead one. There was also plenty of space for you luggage.The bed was also comfy and not too soft (I like beds tending towards the firm end of the spectrum). Another detail I appreciated was the main power switch for the room. It was the ordinary solution where you are supposed to insert your key card in order to activate the power. However, here there was already a card in the switch and all you had to do was to press it in a bit when you arrive, and pull it out slightly when you leave the room. No risk to forget your card, nice!

This budget hotel is 250 metres from Oslo Central Station. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi access. Karl Johans gate shopping street is only 150 metres away. Great location Easy check-in and check-out facility Many facilities Spacious and comfortable lounge area Spacious room (depending on location, number of traveller as well as luggage size and number). The room I stayed in is just nice for solo traveler with one cabin size luggage. Clean room upon check-in. Although there are stains on the floor but it's those types that need a bit more of deep cleaning to remove and is it not really a stain that will dirty your feet, shoes or clothes immediately. Nonetheless, the housekeeping done a good job. Luggage storage facility, spacious. But please take note that like majority of the hotels, it does not have a security camera inside the room. Not sure why the room was not properly locked during my check-in day. Friendly and helpful receptionists/employees including housekeeping except for one particular receptionist.
