We felt at home. Nebida and the house reminded me of my childhood, when I was going to my grandparents village to spend quality time with them. We loved everything, and we will be back for sure. From Nebida, rough on the edges but it welcoming, to the host. Alessia has been always present but never intrusive with great suggestions on what to do every day. At your arrival you'll find some snacks, drinks, water, fruit and Sardinian cookies waiting for you. It's such a warm welcome and not so easy to find here in Italy. The house is very close to so many interesting places, with a parking space just in front of the house or the bus stop nearby. It has everything you need to spend even the longest of your holiday. The rooms are massive, the kitchen includes pans, pots, plates... Everything! The view, shall we talk about the view? You have to lovely areas, a balcony (our favourite) and the big patio.

I really liked the garden, the terrace and the eclectic atmosphere of the whole house. It's not just an impersonal accommodation, you can immediately feel at home! Don't come here for luxury, but do come if you want a special little house with a charming garden among the bigger apartment houses.

Fantastic terrace with awesome sea and mountain views. The apartment is roomy, was very clean and well equipped. AC on every room was lifesaver. Great host, good communication in English and good recommendations.

Fabulous, best way to start the review. This place is a hidden gem in the most beautiful location. Accommodation was equipped to the highest standard. Kitchen was so good that we ended up doing lot of cooking and trying local ingredients which are excellent. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioner got room nice and cool providing peaceful night of sleep. Elisa and Francesco were perfect hosts and always available if needed. Restaurant at Villetta L’Estasi Tanca Piras is run by lovely couple and they dog Richard. They were very helpful and cook very good local dishes. Area is excellent if you like hiking, snorkelling or just switching off from noise and rush of modern life. Would we stay there again, YES!
