We also loved the restaurant in Paris that Anna recommended. While we were in the region, there were demonstrations around but our area was the safest so we had no harem or even affected our heard about the incidents. During our road trip within Netherlands, Belgium and France at beautiful hotels, this was definitely the best. I must say we have a second home near Paris and our only choice to stay will be this hotel absolutely for our next trip. Thanks Anna for everything.

This is one of the most unusual places I have ever been: the house is Louis XIV style and the rooms are freshly decorated in similar style, even the heater and the tiles are authentic, it makes you feel like a royalty and the owners contribute to that with their politeness and hospitality. Breakfast was also great, and what impressed me bit time was the lift and the library - a lift for a couple of floors is a nice touch and demonstrates the willingness of the hosts to perfection and comfort. The books were well selected and should go back for longer to be able to enjoy them.

And there is a big parking area so no problems. Host was exceptional! Design of the rooms were nice. Cleanliness is awesome. Breakfast is regular French breakfast, (don't expect protein if you are a protein maniac like me) but with a touch of personal flair. Everything is prepared by the host alone. My 8 year old daughter loved the upstairs. And view of the room was also very nice.
