They let us leave our luggage after our checkout which really helped and they let us use their bicycles too after our checkout so that we had an extra hours to see the city. Lovely people, lovely stay, very much worth the money, definitely want to come back!

Apartments at Residence Hotel Torbole are well-decorated and equipped with a flat-screen TV and kitchenette. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Everything. We really love the room, quite spacious even if there are 4 of us in the room, clean bathroom, kitchenette functional and it has everything you need. Very clean bed linens and towels (especially the towels, they smell good). The staffs are really kind and helpful. Too bad that we were just staying for one night. Hopefully we can come back for a longer stay next time.

She’s wonderful person who does her job with love and passion.
