location was quite convenient if you like walking as it is a few blks to the main drag on Queen St
but it is right opposite the Founders Food Market and some waterfront shops and restaurants, 3 of which were quite good,
only drawback is that it is a house so floors are not sound proof that you can hear guests above bathing and walking around at nite
other than that, it is a family run Inn and they were very gracious and welcoming, making extra efforts to give us special breakfasts everyday like pancakes one day, scrambled eggs another etc etc
I would recommend it!

We absolutely love Charlottetown!
We absolutely love Charlottetown! There are many great restaurants and pubs; some down by the waterfront that are some of the best!! The Olde Dublin Pub, 131 Sydney Street, Charlottetown is energetic and exciting; young and enthusiastic and we are semi-retired and really enjoyed it. The background music could make you want to get up and dance. It really is one of the best places to go for an evening. Cost of food was as normal as it is in most other restaurants. We loved every minute of it.

This was my second trip to Charlottetown.
This was my second trip to Charlottetown. The first was many years ago. The city is abundantly interesting, with both older and newer buildings. The older ones are far more interesting. It has a very historic sense and feel about it. And of course, it is right on the atlantic, which makes it vastly more interesting. We went out there for the Anne of Green Gables tour and attractions, and even though you could see them easily within a day, they did not disappoint. People were generally quite down to earth and friendly.

I love this beautiful little city.
I love this beautiful little city. Everything if you like to walk, is within walking distance. There is so much to offer. The intertainment is bar none, the music, food, history. And don't forget the theater. I am never disappointed when I visit. I go back each year.

Charlottetown is beautiful.
Charlottetown is beautiful. The Main Street leading down to the waterfront has many restaurants and stores. It is a very walkable area. Getting around to see everything was easy. Even driving to see the rest of Prince Edward Island was a breeze. The people wherever we went were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful old city with so many places to see, wonderful shops and restaurants and live music everywhere. Golf courses all over the place and just a nice place to go relax, stroll around and enjoy the history.
We came for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay. Rosemary puts so much effort into breakfast, super healthy yummy and so pretty! She makes you feel at home. Our room was always clean. The facility has no elevator but there is a room on the first floor. The location is in walking vicinity to all downtown. We rented a car our last two days to hit out of charlottetown which you can park in the back. There's a beautiful porch with peaks of the ocean. We will absolutely be back and reccomend.
We were very pleased with central location — perfect walking to downtown area and restaurants, perfect driving distance be PEI points of interest. This boutique allowed us a spacious room where we could relax during the day. Always love a king size bed and seating area for enjoying a book or a glass of wine. Breakfast offered everything from basic cereals to fancy frittata, most importantly great coffee 😁
Beautiful little inn! Our stay was short but very pleasant. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast served to order based on the choices available, ordered the night before.
Great location close to the water and walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay here again if back in Charlottetown!
This is a neat hotel right in downtown Charlottetown. It has a modern art feel and the rooms are small but modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. While breakfast is not included, the hotel is only steps away from a number of delicious brunch restaurants (e.g., Leonhard's)
It was a very nice experience staying at a heritage building. The place was very clean. We had a good chat with the inn keeper. She made healthy breakfast cupcakes which was delicious. The place is also very close to the downtown. Will definitely stay there next time I am in PEI.
Overall stay at the hotel is great. The location is very convenient, walking distance to downtown Charlottetown and many of the major attractions. The room was clean and staff are friendly. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and nice decorations.
Hanna was wonderful. She reached out to me before we checked in to make sure she was ready for us. It’s a very easy walk to get to downtown Charlottetown. The bed and breakfast is very charming as the name implies!
Location was great, short walk to downtown Charlottetown and Boardwalk !! Breakfast was wonderful, served by very gracious and and helpful servers each morning, in a very nice historic dining room, great atmosphere!!
