The place was easy to locate and the code that was emailed to us made it easy to enter. We brought food and prepared our own meal so did not visit any places in Edmunston. We used it merely as a stop over point for the night before continuing on our trip to Nova Scotia the next day. We would definitely stay there again.

Edmunston is a good break on the road between Nova Scotia and Montreal. The countryside around the town is attractive, and the people are very friendly. On a Monday night, however, it was difficulty to find a place to eat that wasn't fast food.

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it as a tour.

I met an old man passing by and he was very kind. The hotel staff was also very friendly.
Although the village itself is small, it is surrounded by paper mills, so the whole village smells strange and there are concerns about environmental pollution.
Since the snow had not melted yet, it had accumulated a lot, so I was able to infer that there must have been a lot of dust in the air.

We only stopped over night while traveling thru.
We only stopped over night while traveling thru. Normally we drive from Ontario to our home near bathurst in 1 day, but we got a late start and decided to stop for the night and finish the trip home in the morning.
I like that there are lots of restaurants, gas stations, etc in a small area. However, for travelers it's annoying that everything closes at 9 or 10.
The streets are a bit difficult to navigate, especially in the dark.
It's a beautiful area to drive through, mountains and rivers.
Very dissatisfied with this hotel. We were travelling from quebec and didn't arrive until 8 am we were told by the female we could check out late at 2 om the new guy that came on duty called and banged jn the door and said no checkout is 11 am and he didn't care what the female said. Hotel was paid in full for 2 room and it took him 40.mins to get his hotel key. We paid over $300 for 2 hours. Not satisfied with this hotel and staff and will never stay there again or recommend.
Excellent hotel - we stayed at two other Days Inn hotels along the Trans Canada on a roadtrip from Ontario to PEI, and this was by far the best one. The rooms were spotless and nicely renovated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff from check in to check out were fantastic and it was super handy being able to park right outside the room. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.
Location is excellent! Right across from the Trans Canada trail, so the location is great for early morning runs. The hotel is close to the wonderful Botancial Gardens as well (see photo). It's right off the highway, so convenient for overnighting on a road trip. We arrived quite late after a long drive, and the warm, friendly reception was uplifting and just what we needed. 🙂
No breakfast, but the coffee was good. Maybe a tea option could be considered? Water in the shower was hot, string and plentiful. Blankets were a little light, but the mattress was probably the best I've ever slept on in any hotel, anywhere. Just a plain, simple, not too thick sprung mattress. But great.

I called as I was arriving past the check in time and they moved my room to an exterior lock box door access !!! Made it and couldn't be happier !
Air conditioned nicely, Newly renovated !
All the small touches the feel of a 5 star hotel for sure !
The host was excellent, we made the booking upon arrival in Edmundston and the host provided us the entry code immediately. The suite was very private with excellent parking and tons of beds. There is an in suite washer and dryer, fridge, stove and coffee maker!
Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable beds, location is right beside the highway.
Great place to stop on our way home to Ontario. Love that it’s attached to the casino for some entertainment
