The hotel is literally across the street from the train station. It is also in walking distance (25min) of the amazing Palace of the Majorcan Kings and fabulous shops. The breakfast was above par. The bathroom was nicely modern. I grabbed some kebab to go just a block or so away and it was good with very pleasant service from the Middle Eastern owners.

I could have spent all day at the Palace and another exploring the array of very high quality shops in the lovely winding streets. The cathedral is worth a visit for those interested in architecture, history, etc. or who just appreciate the remarkable efforts humans put into their religious monuments. It is an active religious site, so proper dress and respectful behavior are requested. A stroll along the canal was very pleasant. I did not have enough time to do any of it justice. I walked everywhere. Ask hotel staff which way to go to the palace: GPS doesn't know there is only one entrance and will take you to the outside wall only, FAR from the entrance.

Perpignan is a lively place, cleaner and neater than some other southern French cities. The historical sites are not particularly thrilling, but it's pleasant to wander around the old town and there is always something going on - the annual festival of photojournalism while we were there. The beach resorts of Canet and Sainte-Marie are within easy reach.
Recommended excursions: Céret, Collioure (each a cheap 40-min bus ride away if you can figure out the eccentric timetable) + the Red Train along the Fenouillèdes valley west of Perpignan - with very knowledgeable guides! Details from Tourist Office

Like many visitors to the town, we were drawn to the town by the chance to watch the Catalans Dragons rugby league club play at Stade Gilbert Brutus. However, there is so much more that the town has to offer travellers.
The town centre is crammed with beautiful architecture, quirky shops, bars and cafes and lots of history. Meanwhile, for just a euro you can catch a forty minute bus down to the coast (we chose Collioure). A brilliant trip whether visiting with family or friends. We will definitely be back soon.

Historical castle with old town.
Historical castle with old town. Quiet provincial French town with an interesting looking medieval heart that is undergoing restoration.
We walked around Perpignan, well signposted. The locals are friendly and helpful. We ate at a restaurant close to the train station the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The Pizza place close to town was a bit more expensive but food was tasty and staff helpful. The dinner at The Steakhouse was food but quite expensive again the staff were helpful and friendly.
Not easy to find as hidden behind another building on a busy roundabout on ring road.
Great for overnight stay if you don’t want to visit the city BUT be aware of the lack of eating places around here!
Most of those listed on google maps are closed or only open lunchtimes ( it’s deserted in the evening)
The hotel is clean, modern and pleasant enough, good free car park outside, large comfortable room with small balcony, fridge, kettle, tv, air con, WiFi,etc. Pleasant grounds with swimming pool and sunbeds but needed cleaning.
This appartment was freshly renovated and the owners did a wonderful job.
A lot of rented apartments are just pretty outside, but not practical, once you are inside.
Here, everything works, the design is thought for the comfort of people. It is modern, with all the needed essentials.
Contact with the owner was smooth and pleasant.
Outside it smells of jasmine! Perpignan in spring is lovely, flower pots are at every building, filling the air with sweet perfume.
We had a lovely stay here in Perpignan. The room, and also shower room, were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We had full access to all kitchen equipment, including washing machine (and detergent to put in it). We loved the little patio and the garage was a definite plus - as parking is well nigh impossible to find in the city centre. Centrally located near the old town, it was a short walk to the main attractions. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Very clean, unique experience in a less touristy side of the city - but also in easy walking distance of city sights. Very helpful and understanding hosts.
Whether for business (it is an easy walk to the Congress and Exhibition Palace) or pleasure, it's a good alternative to being stuck in a hotel room if you are in Perpignan for a few days or more. It has all amenities you'd expect from a good hotel: aircon, hairdryer, coffee options etc.
The front desk staff was friendly and responsive regarding a late check-in. The common areas of the hotel are nice. For the rest I had a bad experience. My room was very small and did not look like the photos. Internet connection was poor (it completely failed on my last day). The bathroom was ancient (but not in a vintage nice way). Perhaps all other rooms in the hotel are better but stay away from 107!
I booked last minute because I was not intending to stay in Perpignan. I am glad I did because staying at Dali hotel Perpignan felt like a reset from my busy life in Barcelona. The bed was comfy and the rainshower relaxing. Also the location is perfect, central and in front of a beautiful parc. The rooftop and garden are also nice. And the late check out at 12 was great. No rush to get out of the hotel.
We booked this accomodation last minute whilst driving through south of France and it was really lovely. We were arriving after check in and we got sent easy to follow instructions.
Felt very secure and beautiful room and bathroom!
The accomodation was close to the centre and everything was in walkable distance with restaurants and bars close by.
I would highly recommend :)
The boy at the reception was very kind and friendly, privided all the needed information with perfect English. The room corresponded the pictures, it was warm there and comfortable. Breakfast also was good, not too much, but a wide choice of meal. Location was ok for us, there were restorants near to have a good dinner. Free parking place in front of the hotel ❤️
Immaculately clean everywhere. Staff excellent in every respect. Superb outdoor swimming pool. Convenient location in Perpignan for city, airport, outlying villages, coast or rugby stadia. Excellent bar/restaurant on-site serving high quality food and probably best beer in France (Millenari)!
Check in went very well. Corinne was very nice and helpful too. Explained where the train station was and how close to Perpignan the hotel was too. Should have booked a room with a balcony but my fault completely. Will stay there again for sure when in Perpignan.
It was so quiet on the street and in the building I sometimes forget what that's like in other places. Perpignan is a great little town that has great acces to Spain or sw France 🇫🇷😀. The bed was comfy, all was clean, I had all I needed for a short stay.
Location very close to the train and bus station. The bathroom was very spacious compared to other hotels in Europe. And the best was the staff, Audrey was very helpful and nice. Her service was excellent!!!
Confortable hotel in sunny Perpignan. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Both the restaurant and bar have view over the swimimg pool, where there are comfy chairs to rest.
Amazing guesthouse with excellent hosts and a delicious breakfast. Free and secure parking is a great addition also. Would definitely stay there again on a visit back to Perpignan!
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The made many recommendations that helped us experience Perpignan in a way that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise
