The host was very nice with us and helped us with information and she answered at any question that we had and replied really quick. She also gave us some advices regarding some attractions and how to use the public transport. The place was clean and welcoming and was looking exactly like in the photos. It was really easy to access the metro and also if you want to take the train to go outside Milan, the train station (the central one) is 1 station away using the metro. If there is a place I would love to go back to, this is it. It is not just a hotel, it is a charming boutique one and people will make sure that you feel like home. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. A smiling lady will always ask you what kind of coffee you want and the lovely lady from the check-in desk will always help you out and answer your questions. I absolutely loved it!

My recommendation to the owner is to add some charming environment, some colour, make it cosy and even if the neighbourhood is not spectacular, a cosy-charming apartment gain a lot of points...
