One of the best properties we stayed in Europe. Amazing facilities and design with everything we needed. We got a balcony out of this world with a private garden, top rated staff and absolute pleasure during the whole period of stay! The location is perfect, in close proximity to everything. Next time we are in Berlin, we chose only KPM.

Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.
