Everything was perfect! The staff at the reception was super amicable and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located 2 min Walking from the train station and 5 mins from the old towns core.. But still very quiet in the night. A lot of restaurants around :) My room was superb, super comfortable bed and impeccable... I wish I could get the same standards in Germany/France where my company pays for 200euro expensive hotels (and German hotels always disappoint me).. The hotel is quite new, I think it opened a couple of months ago. You should definitely stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Small but well equipped fitness room. Great central location. My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage offered by the hotel. It was amazing! Special thanks to Monica, who’s massage helped us to relax and feel rejuvenated after a day of sightseeing. She is fantastic, highly recommended. Special gratitude to Jackeline at the front desk. Her kind service and expertise are highly appreciated.

Você também pode desfrutar do bar. spacious, clean, comfortable room with WONDERFUL bed, and the warm hospitality the stuff demonstrated. bathroom is well planned and has good space as well. the room had big windows, automated curtain / blind and air conditioning. the architecture is very charming, atmosphere of an old house is well kept but it also feels modern with updated facilities. it’s on the rather big road but the house is off from the street, it’s peaceful and quiet in the room. it is not in the middle of busy part of the town but it is very close with the bicycle which you can rent for free at the hotel. 5mins ride to zurriola beach, around 10 to la concha, as well as the old town. One of the most comfortable room I ever stayed, I would love to come back.

This city is absolutely fantastic and beautiful, Nature, History, people, tradition and architecture. A true glory of the Basque Country, who passes through the region can not ignore it, one of the most beautiful places I've ever known. Wonderful beaches and a wide-eyed look and cause brain congestion. At night, historic buildings, lighted squares, lots of heat, bustle, bars and the whole town partying in the streets. A tribute to the joy of living, it gives envy of those who live there. Cidade absolutamente linda e fantástica, Natureza, História, povo, tradição e arquitetura. Uma verdadeira glória do País Basco, quem passa pela região não consegue ignorá-la, um dos lugares mais lindos que já conheci. Praias maravilhosas e um visual de arregalar os olhos e causar congestão cerebral. À noite, prédios históricos, praças iluminadas, muito calor, agitação, bares e o povo todo festejando nas ruas. Uma homenagem à alegria de viver, dá inveja de quem mora lá.
