Sabrina and Fabian served and are terrific! Friendly, inquisitive, helpful, and alway genuinely smiling and upbeat. Bfast was excellent, esp the warm and very French croissant. The hotel location is close to the heart of town but just enough out of the way to minimize noise. Nonetheless, we slept like babies on comfortable beds and pillows in a generous sized corner superior room.

Very attentive staff serving juices, eggs, and excellent freshly roasted coffee! Atmosphere: Cosy, well-decorated, well-designed, absolutely lovely! PS: One of the VERY rare places on the island with good Wifi!!

Very nice hotel in a narrow and quiet street close to the city center. The hotel is neat and super clean, the rooms are well equipped and nicely decorated in a modern and design way. The breakfast has to be booked and is served. The "healthy" breakfast with local advocados and greek yoghurt with local fruits was absolutely delicious.

There is a walking/jogging path that runs behind the hotel down to the beach and restaurant area which is simply stunning. Incredible view from the rooms, fun pool area. Mini fridge in room.

I liked the remote setting overlooking the wild coastline. The landscaping and planting of the grounds is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa. Food choice was fine and staff were gracious. It was nice that it was off peak and that it was not crowded at all.

O Hotel La Palma Romántica apresenta acomodações elegantes na pitoresca Floresta Laurissilva. I loved the style of the hotel, felt like I was in a beautiful castle at the same time it had traditional canarian features, I loved the lovely staff who made our visit very pleasant.
