The pools and the rooms are wonderful. The way they great you when you first arrive is awesome. Love the free hats ! There are restaurants you can walk to and the location is so tranquil. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

Perfect! Super friendly staff, from the reception to the restaurant, everyone was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. A lot of attention to details: small details that really made a difference , like cookies delivered on our door or a scented candle before night time. We were positively surprised and felt super comfortable! The breakfast was very good, good variety, buffet + a la carte menu very good ! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy to park, location was also very good. Super calm and zero noise at night, which is great.

The views are out of this world, even if the weather is not that good. But above all we were extremely surprised by the staff. The staff has been unlike anything we've ever seen. Reasonsble dinner prices even cheaper then in other restaurants on the iceland. Extremely friendly staff. The only small complaint is the narrow street that you have to take back to the facility after dinner, but that can also be avoided by having dinner in their restaurant. You will not be sorry.
