L'ostello è in una posizione favolosa: si trova letteralmente sulla spiaggia insieme al bar/ristorante della struttura e ai lettini sulla sabbia. L'atmosfera è giovanile e rilassante e il personale è molto amichevole e disponibile. Le camere erano pulite e i letti molto comodi. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio di prenotazione taxi, che consiglio vivamente in quanto tramite l'ostello abbiamo potuto pagare il taxi a prezzi molto bassi e ragionevoli rispetto agli standard per turisti a Koh Samui.

Piscina stupenda e spiaggia privata tra le più belle di Koh Samui. Personale molto disponibile, gentile, educato e gestione ottima: abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza, ma ci hanno subito fatto un upgrade. Posizione buona per raggiungere, in motorino o taxi, tutte le zone più frequentate dell’isola. Buon ristorante e colazione varia.

Personale gentilissimo. Affittate un motorino alla reception e andate in giro per koh samui prima di rientrare e cenare nel ristorante indiano vicino all hotel. Per concludere la serata partita di biliardo al pub Austria chiacchierando con l adorabile barista

Posizione ottimale per visitare Koh Samui.Appartamento con balcone vista mare situato in località tranquilla a 3 km dall' aeroporto vicino a negozi,7/11 e noleggio moto/auto e ristoranti.Si accede alla spiaggia direttamente dalla struttura.

L'hotel si trova sulla spiaggia più bella di Koh Samui, la posizione è sicuramente ottima. Colazione abbondante e camere spaziose e pulite. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottimo centro massaggi interno alla struttura.

la vista dalla suite in posizione più alta è veramente fantastica e la struttura si trova su una delle spiagge più belle di Koh Samui

starting from the reception -which was breathtaking- and the friendly staff that makes you feel at home, and they go beyond to make you feel comfortable, and the whole experience of the resort, was exceptional, never to forget trip. the room was clean and neat, the jacuzzi with the view is amazing, the food at the restaurant is delicious and they offers good variety of foods and drinks, the chef was so considerate and friendly, we wanted to try their spa facilities, but unfortunately it was fully booked, a highly recommended place to stay in

Amazing property right on a private beach, the villas are with excellent amenities, really spacious, huge bathroom. Staff goes out of their way, despite some wrongdoings of the beach bar waiters their manager offered compensation and such was offered on another occasion. Thus mistakes occur but much unlike EU hotels discount or compensation is immediately available. Fantastic property with some mediocre guest service from time to time but always happy to help and sort out the trouble. Lovely dinners at the beach and some amazing shows with fireworks and fire show. The beach feels private and is very well kept with a dedicated space and loungers assigned tof each villa which is what should be done at each decent property but is exemption (loved the comfort) plus meal and drink service catered right to you while you're resting and enjoying the beautiful landscape. Special thanks to Lilly -she simply made our stay memorable and never spared an effort to deliver best service, that young lady is a real gem.

Loved our stay here! We saw some negative comments regarding no food/drinks being served and the pool being dirty so we were skeptical. However, they had a HUGE menu with many options and could tell the pool was being cleaned daily. The beds were a little hard but otherwise we loved our stay. The staff were also very nice and smiled at us everyday.

Due piscine belle con vista moszzafiato a sfioro sul mare la vista dalla nostra villa era fantastica La colazione buona forse un po’ troppo orientale ma buona.

Went for song kran for my birthday. It was easy check in, friendly staff, walked me to my room to make sure I could find it and carried my heavy bag. Very clean and left 2 waters in fridge everyday, which was very much appreciated.

Ottima colazione. Posizione lontana dal centro principale ma ne vale la pena soggiornare per la pace e la tranquillità della struttura. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui e prenotare le escursioni (tanto è incluso il prelievo con navetta dall’hotel)

wonderful hotel. the hosts are very kind, I got the impression that I came to my distant relatives, and not to the hotel. the room is very clean, large comfortable bed, in general, everything is as in the picture. there is a swimming pool on the first floor. recommend this place to stay.

Absolutely everything was amazing! Cant wait to return to cielo! From the owners to the staff - they were all really nice and helpful. They recommended some great places to go and eat as well! We enjoyed all the amenities. The room was lovely! We really enjoyed the complimentary paddle boarding and kayaking the resort offered. The music and vibe was always on point. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Amazing location setting with pool and the ocean plus restaurant.. beautiful swimming in the sea, nice little area to explore locally plus boput night markets nice and handy. Food was delicious! Highly recommend!
