Second time lived in this nice hotel this year and I can admit that service level has been increased from my first visit - glad to see that. It is a very beautiful and well designed hotel. the pool area is great. We arrived at 9 am and the room was ready. we also were upgraded to a see view room. everything was great at this hotel and will go back there when travelling Dubai.
