Modern and new hotel (opened last year), and the layout of the room was great. We stayed 3 nights in a 2bd/2ba villa and it was spacious and perfect for 3 people. The service from the front desk, and housekeeping were great. The food and staff at the restaurant was excellent as well, and the afternoon snack was a nice touch. We really appreciated the gardens, waterfalls and the water fountain show too. There are not much restaurants nearby and you must have a driver or a car to get around. The hotel located a driver for us to enjoy the local sites, and that was great. Communication with Novi via WhatsApp for all our needs before and during the trip was excellent.

The property is well maintained. Beautiful scenery, fresh and cool mountain air. The swimming pool is lovely even though the water is cold. Juice and traditional herbal drink selections during breakfast time were also excellent.

The vibe is great! kayaks available to take to the lake & the tents were a great experience. It’s colder than everywhere else in Bali so take a hoodie/ jacket.
