The place was super clean and the entire resort was having a quiet ambience. They also had a private beach with black mud. It was easy to experience Dead Sea by staying here. The host was kind to provide some bread, hummus and the kitchen also had all clean utensils

The apartment is new and has all amenities. A full kitchen and two bathrooms for one-bedroom apartment. Location is perfect, close to the private beach. They have several pools, poolside restaurant, parking is close to the building. On the beach there is famous Dead Sea mud. They even provide a breakfast.

The hospitality of the owner was absolutely outstanding! It was our first night in Jordan and we felt treated like the most welcomed guests. The location is perfect - heading into swimming pool area and with beautiful view of Dead Sea, which is reachable within 5 min walking distance.

The buffet in the morning as great. The pool was wonderful with the service by the pool. Originally we had booked the room on booking.com, however when we got to the hotel we were given the wrong room. The receptionist Nour accomodated us and made our stay exceptionel. My friends/family and I enjoyed the Sky Lounge until 1am. As the night went on Mohammed saw how much of a good time our group was having and kept the music and lounge open for a while longer. Thank you to the bar staff! Thank you for the EXCEPTIONEL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mr. Mohammed Ajouri diligently ensured the safe transfer of our luggage and personal effects to both our vehicle and accommodation. His attentiveness, coupled with a warm and personable demeanor reminiscent of home, particularly resonated with me as a Canadian guest. Such exemplary service merits commendation.

The staff is so friendly so helpful. I loved my stay here. They even allowed an early check-in which was really kind of them. Access to the Dead Sea was a bonus for me. I got the best body scrub with mud and salt.

We loved everything about this hotel resort especially the friendliness of all the staff. Plenty of pools to chose from and we watched the sunset in the Jacuzzi pool which was really special. We opted for the buffet dinner at 20JD which was good value and the buffet was amazing.

The staff were super nice, they even make us a room upgrade with a balcony. Happy hour in the bar was a plus, specially because the bar tender was a real professional doing great cocktails. Huge hotel that is difficult to get bothered.

This place is awesome. There's hotel access to private beach of dead sea where there aren't a lot of people that you can enjoy yourself in dead sea. Recommend the spa in the hotel, they do full body massage with dead sea mud, very relaxing and comforting experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dead Sea Resort and Spa. The kids (ages 10 and 8) loved the waterslide and swimming in the warm pool (28C). There is access to the Dead Sea with freshwater showers so you can rinse off. The lifeguard at the beach made sure everyone stayed safe while bobbing in the water. He was quick to help rinse out eyes if anyone accidentally got water in them. My husband and I enjoyed a luxurious spa treatment (80 mins) and felt super pampered and refreshed. The food on site offered an international array from local cuisine to chocolate croissants at breakfast. My 10-year-old loved The Jungle kids play lounge that featured Fortnite PlayStation games. Overall, it was an amazing experience and a great way to enjoy the Dead Sea for some relaxation.
