Location! The apartment is very spaceful, with everything you need to spend a few days in Athens. So comfortable to have something to eat here, if you have been all day walking and visiting sites. The location is perfect, at walking distance to everything. And the neighborhood is super friendly with full of shops, restaurants and bars. The cleanliness is great, the views perfect, you can enjoy the Acropolis from your room! And the most important thing was the hosts! they were not only friendly, but very helpful.
